DEVELOPER - BI

 

The BI Developer’s role is to strategically design and implement BI software and systems, including integration with databases and data warehouses. This includes selecting, blueprinting, gathering requirements, designing, and rolling out BI solutions to end users. He/she is also responsible for ensuring high levels of BI availability through support functions and in-depth testing.

 

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience  
  • PL/SQL development experience is a must
Legal Officer

Provide all required and necessary legal support, advice and coordination in all legal matters to the relevant department and companies within GlobeMed Group to ensure that legal risks have been identified, interests and rights have been protected and appropriate courses of action have been taken.

Requirements

 

· Bachelor Degree in Law, an advanced university degree is a plus.

· Relevant experience in the healthcare and insurance sector is a plus.

· Ability to prioritize and follow up on impending matters.

· Ability to communicate at different levels, using different communication tools.

· Fluent in English and Arabic, French is an asset

· Understand how and when to escalate issues.

· Organized and well structured.

· Work Under Stress and maintain a professional attitude.

· Computer literate with good MS Office skills

Accountant

Under general supervision of the Accounting Manager, performs standard accounting functions and practices such as journal entries and maintenance, cost analysis, reconciliation, posting, and other related tasks required.

Requirements

·         Associate degree in Accounting or Finance

·         Zero to three years experience in Accounting

·         Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, Excel, and any other accounting system

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·         Ability to work under pressure and meet stringent deadlines

·         Ability to prioritize, and follow up on impending matters.

·         Fluent in English and Arabic, French is an asset.

·         Understand how and when to escalate issues.

IT Quality Assurance Manager

A Quality Assurance Manager’s role is to develop and establish quality assurance standards, measures and KPIs within the organization to achieve “best practice” quality systems.

He is also responsible of compiling quality control reports, creating statistical process control metrics and recommending continuous improvement activities for the QA team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Computer.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in a healthcare related business
  • Proven experience and ability to manage people, processes, and technology
  • Management and leadership skills, such as the ability to build teams and manage operational and organizational elements
  • Strategic thinker and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent time management, planning, organization and prioritization skills
  • Ability to think abstract and out of the box with troubleshooting skills.
Technical Support

The Technical support maintains the computer systems of large organizations, ensuring that they run smoothly and providing technical support and advice to computer users. Dealing directly with employees or solution coordinators who have technical issues such as forgotten passwords or email issues.

Requirements

·         University degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.

·         A meticulous and methodical nature.

·         Capable of working well under pressure.

·         Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision individually and as part of a team.

·         Relevant IT experience or qualifications in the Microsoft servers and desktops.

·         Relevant IT experience or qualifications in Cisco (CCNA is a plus)

Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for handling inquiries, correspondences, and reports, as well as maintenance of daily work with filing and organization of the Minutes of Meetings. Also, the assistant will assist in the typing and copying of requested documents as well as illustrating flowcharts and processes' descriptions, and follow-up with the monitoring and follow-up of pending tasks.

Requirements

· University degree or high school diploma with supplemental coursework in office procedures, or equivalent combination of training and experience

· Two years of secretarial experience

· Must possess competent computing skills and be proficient in the use of word processing and electronic mail programs

· Computer skills: Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

. Fluent in Arabic, French, and English

· Good written and oral communication skills

· Sufficient organization abilities to complete job responsibilities within given deadlines and with accurate attention to detail

· Good typing capabilities

· Working knowledge of standard office equipment, personal computer, photocopier, fax…

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Medical Rules Officer

Supports and follows medical requests, assists in the setup and upkeep of the medical rules dictionaries as well as in the know-how transfer of Medical Expert System to all GlobeMed operations.

Requirements

· Medical Doctorate, with official registration at the Lebanese Order of Physicians (LOP)

· Inquisitive and meticulous about details

· Computer literate with good MS Office skills

· Good written and oral communication skills

· Good organizational and follow-up abilities
